02 The Process
Four phases, from first look to ongoing management
Free Site Review
Within 1 business day of inquiryWe look at your current website and tell you in plain language what is helping you win customers and what is costing you them: speed, mobile experience, how easy it is to contact you, and how you show up in local search. You get the findings whether or not you decide to work with us. No sales call pressure, no jargon.
Onboarding
2–3 business days after you signWe send you a simple intake form asking for your business details, services, photos, and any existing branding. You do not need to write copy or hand us a design brief. We gather what we need, fill in the gaps, and confirm the page structure before we build anything.
Design and Build
Already done if you have a demoIf we sent you a demo, this phase is mostly finished: we fold in your photos and edits and prepare the launch. For a build that starts from scratch, you review a working draft, give us feedback in plain language (no design terminology required), and we revise; most projects need one round. When you approve the draft, we handle DNS, launch the site, and verify everything is live and fast.
Ongoing Management
Continuous, starting at launchOnce the site is live, your monthly plan takes over. Hosting, security, SSL, and uptime monitoring run in the background. When you want something changed, whether a new service, updated hours, or a seasonal promotion, you email us and it gets done, typically within one business day. You never touch a plugin, a cPanel, or a DNS record again.
