How much does a ClearSite website cost?

The full price list is public. A one-time build is $1,200. The monthly plans: Care at $149, Growth at $250, or Lead Engine at $449, each on a 12-month term. Most agencies in this market quote $3,000 to $10,000, and only after a sales call. This is the only full price list you will find published by a Metro Detroit web design agency.

How long until my site is live?

If we sent you a demo, your site already exists. Going live after you sign takes 7 days or less, not weeks: we connect your domain, fold in your photos and any changes from our call, and launch. For a build that starts from scratch, we set the launch date with you up front and keep you posted at every step.

Do I own my website?

Yes. The site, the domain, and everything on it are yours. The domain is registered in your name, and if you ever leave, all of it goes with you.

What does the 12-month term mean?

Monthly plans run twelve months minimum, stated here next to the price rather than in fine print. After the first year the plan continues month-to-month with 30 days notice, and your domain stays yours throughout.

What is included in the monthly plan?

Care at $149 covers managed hosting, security and SSL, monthly updates, and your client-owned domain. Growth at $250 adds performance optimization, an SEO foundation, content updates, priority support, an analytics dashboard, lead capture forms, and uptime monitoring. Lead Engine at $449 adds advanced lead routing, CRM integration, custom landing pages, conversion tracking, and quarterly strategy calls. The full feature lists are on the pricing page.

What happens after I reply?

A short call, usually 15 minutes, to hear what you would change. We finish the site with your photos and edits, you approve it, and it goes live under your own domain within 7 days. From there we keep maintaining it: hosting, security, and every update, handled month after month.
