Frequently Asked Questions
Timelines, contracts, ownership, and what is actually included. If your question is not here, ask us directly.
How long does a website take?
Most projects launch within one to three weeks, depending on how much content you have ready and how complex the build is. We start the moment onboarding is complete, and we keep you updated at each stage so the timeline never goes quiet.
Do I need to update the website myself?
No. Hosting, security, maintenance, and updates are all handled for you. When something needs to change, your hours, a new team member, a holiday closure, you send it to us and we make the change. You never log into a dashboard unless you want to.
What does the free site review include?
We look at your current website and tell you, honestly, what is costing you customers: where it loads slowly, where it breaks on mobile, where the path to contacting you is buried, and where it is losing search visibility. You leave knowing exactly what is holding the site back, whether or not you work with us. There is no obligation.
Are there contracts?
Every engagement starts with a one-time $1,200 build and a 12-month partnership. After the first year it continues month-to-month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days notice. You own your domain throughout, and we never lock you into a platform you cannot leave.
Who owns the website and domain?
You own your domain, always. It is registered in your name, and if you ever leave, it goes with you. The site itself runs on managed infrastructure we maintain, which is what keeps it fast and secure without you handling plugins or updates.
What is included in the one-time $1,200 build fee?
The build fee covers the full design and development of your site: page structure, layout, copy placement, mobile optimization, lead capture, and the initial SEO foundation, built and launched. After it is live, your monthly plan covers everything that keeps it running and improving. The build is a one-time cost you do not pay again.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
After your first year you can cancel with 30 days notice. Your domain is yours and stays with you. For the site itself, we walk you through your options at that point so you are never left stranded.
Can I edit the site myself?
You can, but most clients would rather not, which is the point of the plan. You do not have to learn a builder or worry about breaking something. Send us the change and it is usually done the same or next business day. If you want limited access for small edits, we can set that up.
Do you handle SEO, or just hosting?
Both, at the level your plan covers. Every build includes an SEO foundation: clean structure, fast load times, mobile optimization, and proper local setup. The Growth and Lead Engine plans add ongoing optimization, content updates, and conversion tracking. Hosting and security are included on every plan.
