Why ClearSite Exists
Most local service businesses end up in the same situation: a website that was built once by someone who has since disappeared, that nobody on the team knows how to update, that loads slowly on phones, and that quietly costs them customers every month without anyone knowing why. The problem is not that web design is hard. The problem is that the people who build websites have no ongoing incentive to keep them working after launch.
ClearSite was built around the opposite model. We charge a flat monthly fee specifically because our incentive is to keep your site fast, current, and converting for as long as you are a client. A site that goes stale or breaks costs us the relationship. That is the alignment most agencies do not offer.

ClearSite is a founder-led studio operating fully remote across Metro Detroit and Metro Chicago. We take on a select number of clients so every project gets direct attention, not a handoff to a junior contractor after the sales call. When you email us, you hear back within one business day from the same person who built your site.
We are not a large agency with account managers and overhead priced into your retainer. We are a small, focused operation that bets on long-term relationships over volume. That is why the model works.
